Thus far, this is what I know about:

• LCMS worship Ministry has free Hymn of the Day Studies for every week in each lectionary, including the One Year and Three Year Series!!!
• Concordia Publishing House has Quick and Easy Studies on 600+ Hymns with some individual hymn studies available for purchase.
• Googling resulted in finding “Kantor’s Hymn Studies,” if you like a blogging approach, “Bible Studies on Hymns” by Rev. Dr. Rickert, and several hymn studies by Kristin Ehmen.
