The 2021-2022 Pastoral Planner for Everbook isn’t actually for homeschoolers, obviously. Still, we have granted permission for it to be sold through LutheranHomeschool.com. (A coil-bound, printed 2021-2022 Pastoral Planner is available for purchase here.)
What is Everbook? Everbook is an organizational system developed by Rev. Bryan Wolfmueller. ANYONE CAN USE IT! Basically, you use regular paper as both folders and folder-filler to take notes and organize your life in a super-flexible, portable manner. You can find more explanatory information on this linked website, YouTube, and the blog post here. You can also find free Everbook templates here.
The 2021-2022 Pastoral Planner for Everbook offers several printable bundles, including:
- One-page monthly schedules from Advent 2021 through the end of December 2022,
- Weekly hourly schedules during the same time period,
- Chart visitation and mileage for both pastoral and tax purposes)(I also tacked on a series of advanced calendars to help keep track of weddings and district events scheduled in the year to come),
- Sermon sheets that containing lectionary references for both One Year and Three Year assignments, as well as introits.
Lutheran Service Book provided the lectionary assignments.
To use, print pages using landscape formatting. If you want double-sided, duplex print along the short edge. Fold the first page separately into a folder with the title on the outside. The rest of the pages can be printed and filed until you’d like to add them to your Everbook. Some pages are designed to lay down flat, like the monthly calendars. You can staple those in a corner if you plan to keep them all. Other pages can be folded and used either flat or in a booklet format.
Eight files are included: 4 PDFs and 4 otd in case you’d like to make changes or update it for next year.
