Ladies & Gentlemen, I’m pleased to share an announcement recently made public about a brand new Lutheran educational service: Cheryl Swope Consulting.

Ladies & Gentlemen, I’m pleased to share an announcement recently made public about a brand new Lutheran educational service: Cheryl Swope Consulting.
A few years ago I heard the trick that you can add “yet” to the end of otherwise discouraging thoughts & “yet” helps you to regain that courage. “I can’t do it . . . yet” can be a mental breakthrough for any age! Anyway, it’s come to my attention that there is now a Lutheran education consultant, whose company is The Power of Yet Consulting.
Yesterday I let you know about the Lutheran Homeschool Conference in Wyoming. Today I’ll report that the Consortium for Classical Lutheran Educators (CCLE) may have cancelled this year’s conference, 2020 CCLE XX, but they have still found a way to offer us a lot!
I typically use this blog to announce new releases, but this time I’m sharing a time-sensitive opportunity. Since most of the freebies I link to throughout the site are long-term freebies, I thought I’d ago ahead and announce this short-term opportunity: a free Lutheran webinar on healing racial divides.
Every summer you can find a summer reading challenge, at a library, CPH, etc., but now there’s an extra special one for those looking to dig deeply into American history!
I have been working on this for a long time, and I’m pleased to now offer you my high school literature lists!
Ladies & Gentlemen, we’re a small operation here at LutheranHomeschool.com. Maybe if we were on top of things, we could have compiled a list of the free resources we’re seeing on Facebook. But now that we’re coming to grips with wide spread quarantine, let us know if there is something specific you need.
Do you want to see lists of quarantine freebies from all over? Something to help talk with kids about pandemics or fear?
If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll continue to plug away at the projects we hope to release this summer in anticipation of next year.
Our prayers are broad these days—and I’m certain they include you!
May the peace of Christ be yours now and always. Amen.
Mary
Escape rooms are a neat new trend, and with the directions and codes in our newest product, you can create your own Bible Escape Room in your house, at church, or anywhere you’d like! LutheranHomeschool.com vendor, Into Your Hands, is now pleased to offer this guide to a Bible Escape Room for $10.
What a clever idea! Be sure to pass this opportunity along to DCEs, youth groups, and anyone else brave enough to do a lock in, kids’ retreat, etc.
It’s not just for kids, though. 🙂 Give this a whirl with friends, too, and maybe you can set up another set of puzzles to do another time!
Ladies and Gentlemen, I pray this email finds you well. 🙂 Today I’m happy to inform you that there is now a complete speech and debate curriculum available through LutheranHomeschool.com.
